If you are looking for an advanced fitness program this is it. You already have to be in shape to use it. They have a fitness test to see if you are ready for P90X. If you follow the workout schedule and diet you will see results. Workout times run in the 1 to 1 1/2 hour range so make sure you have the time in your schedule.

Or\Program seemts to be what is advertised, but it was too extreme for my grandson. He is unable to keep up with the physcal gait. Perhaps a more basic program would be in order.

I love this workout, I am on my third week, and already feel a difference!
I didn’t like that the people I purchased it from didn’t provide me with a tracking number, so I didn’t know when to really expect it. They gave a 3 week window of when it would show up. Even a confirmation email saying it was shipped would have been nice.
