Thank you Amazon. You really outdid yourself this time.
I was just browsing the free albums and came apon this one. I was blown away! This is my 1st review, and this album is awsome in every way. I can’t believe its free.
I usually listen to one or two songs on a couple of albums and just blow the rest of them off as "Americas Got Talent Wanabes". Not any more. I will preview every single song from now on. You made a believer out of me, Amazon, and I thank you for that.

This is the best synthetic Motown compilation I’ve ever heard. I’ve set up a playlist in iTunes that interlaces the songs on this album with real 1960s Motown, and it sounds like it all belongs together.
And it’s free. Free!

Soooo glad this kind of music is still being produced. It’s got a great sound, great feel, and what a gift! FREE? Don’t let the freeness fool you – it’s good good music.

This free sampler introduced me to the Super Awesome BUDOS BAND and I already bought one of their albums. Check it out.

Nothing fancy or over-produced. Feels like classic funk, soul, and yet still fresh. The vocals are present but not prominent, always a bouncing pace, and great to do work to. I’m a video/fx editor and always looking for great music to keep my pace at 2AM… this is now at the top of my list.
Grab it.
